一応お肉も入っているけど、白菜が主役の鍋です。
私も作ってみましたけど、かなり白菜がもりもり食べられます。
白菜がクタクタになるくらい、1時間くらい煮込んだほうが個人的には好きでした。
豚バラ肉が100g168円で豚もも肉78円だったから、ケチって豚もも肉で済ませてしまいましたが、できればバラ肉を使ったほうがおいしいと思いますヨ。
作っている最中からごま油の香ばしい香りが漂ってきて、激しく食欲をそそります。
